Shame is a social construct, it’s not going to go away, and that’s ok. I look at shame the way I look at greif, the goal is to weave it into our life in a healthy way. That way when it shows up, we can immediately identify it and let it go away in the moment because I know exaclty what it is and exactly what to do with it.
