To protect yourself from narcissistic abuse it’s important to look out for the red flags, which I divide up into internal and external. The external red flags are what we can look for in a narcissistic or sociopath that helps us know that this behavior is not ago, for example like love bombing, and things moving intensely and quickly. And usually weeks after the relationship ends those external red flags become really clear.

But what are way more important for people to pay attention to are the internal red flags, which are listening to your body. Our body always knows the truth, and we just have to learn how to listen to it.
