Love is a state of being. We tend to try to find love out there, like I’m going to feel complete when someone really loves me because they will give me the validation and sense of appreciation that I cannot find within myself.

But what I really want people to understand is that real love doesn’t have limits. True love happens when it’s free, when it doesn’t have boundaries, when you love, no matter what.

This is what we should aim for, and let go of the idea that love equals relationships, because love is always available. It never fails you.
