A lot of the work around Daoism and Chinese Medicine is about looking at your body as an integrated part of you. And there when we look at your signs and symptoms, instead of trying to suppress them, downplay them, or ignore them, we look at them as the storyteller of your life. From that place, it becomes the breadcrumbs that lead you back to yourself, if you’re willing to listen.

If you’re not living your Dao, your path, or purpose, your body is going to let you know.
