What is love, and how can we bring more of it into our lives?
Why are loving relationships so hard and challenging, yet so easy and fulfilling at the same time? How do we keep our heart open after hurt and betrayal, when we most wish to close down?
The answer these questions and more are found in The Seven Lessons of Love. These lessons represent universal principles of the nature of love and what it means to be human.
Elucidated in a brand new book, The Seven Lessons of Love are designed to help us all better love ourselves, each other, and the world.
In this fun and enlightening workshop, author and love coach Zach Beach will present the lessons and more to help you:
– Gain the tools to cultivate heart qualities like empathy, compassion and kindness
– Unravel parental and societal conditioning that prevent love from flourishing
– Experience a shift from self-criticism and judgement to self-kindness and care
-Uncover a common humanity and lens of love that links all of our hearts together
– Discover new ways of seeing the world and living with a heart full of love
Meditation, reflection, writing and sharing exercises will further help ground the lessons in your experience.
By the end of the session, you’ll know what it means to live with a mindful heart, how to overcome challenges with tenderness and care, and how to lead successful, happy, long-term relationships.
Books will be available at a discounted price, and Zach will be available afterwards for book-signing and Q+A.
This workshop is open to all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles. Volunteer spots are available for those willing to help or anyone with a financial need.
